GREG GEMOULES, O.D., is licensed by the State of Texas as a therapeutic optometrist and brings two decades of experience, advanced training, research and expertise to the challenge of resolving complex visual problems. 

Specialized Equipment:

STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY and diagnostic equipment, coupled with innovative software for lens design, allows Dr. Gemoules to design and fit a contact lens which is specific to each, individual patient. The specialized computerized measuring equipment we utilize includes corneal topography, wavefront aberrometry, optical coherence tomography, and image analysis software. Through these combined techniques, the cornea is accurately measured and imaged, enabling Dr. Gemoules to accurately analyze each patient's eye and develop a customized contact lens to correct visual aberrations and distortions.

Dr. Gemoules has developed a unique patent-pending process for the design and fitting of custom contact lenses. The result is a lens of unparalleled comfort and optical quality in the shortest possible time. 

Our goal is to be your best and final stop in your quest to solve your vision problems. Dr. Gemoules does a thorough review of the patient's history and completes an initial assessment that takes one to two hours, including:

• detailed history
• visual acuity assessment
• careful subjective refraction
• wavefront analysis, capturing a unique optical map of the eyes, using the latest technology in ray-tracing aberrometers
• topographical analysis and comparisons of corneal versus internal aberrations in the visual system
• detailed measurements of the anterior eye using Optical Coherence Tomography (Visante OCT) and unique software
• At the end of the assessment, custom lenses are ordered for receipt the following day.
